The History of JAMIE D. SIMMONS
Jamie Simmons was raised in a Christian home and his mother served on the Mother's board of Jenkins Chapel Baptist church until her death. Jamie was baptized in 1977 at Jenkins Chapel Baptist Church in Sneads Ferry, NC and served dutifully in various capacities such as: junior and adult choir member, junior and adult usher, and usher's treasurer. In 2002 Jamie joined Chapel of Peace C.O.G.I.C. in Holly Ridge, NC. Under the Pastoral ship of Pastor Ronald Roland he served on the Deacon board for one year.
In 2003 Jamie answered his call to ministry. As a new minister he served in various positions such as: President of Pastor's Aid committee, Vice-President of the Brotherhood, Sunday school youth teacher, Adult Sunday school teacher, President of the program committee, and Praise & Worship leader just to name a few. In July 2005 Minister Simmons received his license in Ministry and was ordained in July 2007 by Bishop G.E. Patterson (C.O.G.I.C)
In October 2007 Reverend Simmons rejoined Jenkins Chapel Baptist Church and was ordained by the Trent River Oakey Grove Missionary Baptist Association (TROGMBA) and Jenkins Chapel Baptist Church in April 2008. Reverend Simmons currently serves as the youth leader, chairman of the youth program committee, member of the pastor's aide committee, and Associate Pastor under Pastor R.C. Johnson

Evangelist Pamela N. Simmons, was born in Wilmington, NC and raised in a little town call Hampstead, NC. Pamela is the daughter of Dorthy M. Nixon and the late Matthew Nixon Sr. She has 5 sisters and 2 brothers, Pamela is also the proud grandmother of 4. She is married to the Rev. Jamie D. Simmons they have been together for more than 20yrs. In this union they have 3 lovely daughters * Devon, Lakeisha and Dannisha.
God has blessed them in an awesome ministry. Pamela, attended Original United Christian Bible College and has earned her degree in Christian Education. The degree she is most proud of is her B.A.B. degree Born Again Believer. Pamela, accepted her call in ministry in June 2005. On Oct. 3, 2010 Pamela Simmons was ordained, under the leadership of Shannon Ministries of Jacksonville, NC.
She is on a mission for the Lord, soul winning is her top priority. Together she and Rev. Simmons has taken on a mission for the Lord. They believe that we all deserve another chance. They believe that we serve a God of another chance, and that’s what they preach and teach.
